Features

Everything it sees.
Only what matters.

Live view, smart alerts, faces, cars and packages. All on the cameras you already own.

A clean live view.

Every camera, live. When something moves, Max draws a thin box and a short label, and it's gone the moment they are. Parked cars and still things stay clean.

Photos for illustration, not live camera feeds.

Alerts

When it's real,
Max calls you.

In a real emergency your phone rings like a call, and Max tells you what he sees. Then talk it through with him, hands-free.

Never for passers-by, the mail carrier, family, cats or rain. Everything else is one quiet note, or nothing at all.

Illustration of Max's call screen. Example words.

Faces and cars

Family comes home.
Nobody gets a buzz.

Familiar faces

Watchbird learns your family, neighbors and regular visitors. When it sees someone new, it asks you once, and remembers the answer.

Off until you turn it on. Your face library stays on your Hub.

Cars and plates

Your family's cars are welcomed home quietly. Box in your car, a bike or the grill, and if someone walks into it, you know right away. Passing plates are logged, so the car that keeps circling gets noticed.

Packages

It lands.
Max keeps an eye on it.

One quiet note when a package arrives. If someone you don't know walks off with it, you'll know right away, with the clip.

Pick a camera, when and how long. Watchbird makes the clip in the background, and you save or share it.

Fire and smoke Pro

Flames or smoke that stay on an outdoor camera for about 12 seconds trigger an alert. A flickering sunset doesn't.

An extra early warning, not a replacement for smoke alarms.

Every camera.
Anywhere.

On iPhone and on the web. Live view, the timeline and Ask Max, wherever you are. Video streams to you encrypted, straight from the Hub in your home.

On iPhone, sign in with Face ID. Your password stays in the iPhone Keychain.

Coming soon

Honest about what's next.

These aren't ready yet. Each one says so.

Weapon detection Add-onComing soon

A paid add-on. Max will look at everyone on every camera, inside and out, every few seconds. A gun or a knife in someone's hand will ring your phone like a call, no matter who is holding it.

Lights and siren ProComing soon

Flash a camera's light or sound its siren right from the alert. On cameras with a built-in light or siren.

Texts, and calls your list Coming soon

A text with the photo asks if it's someone you know. If it's serious and you don't answer, Watchbird calls you and everyone on your list. Each person opts in.

Emergency backup Coming soon

When there's a real break-in and nobody answers, a person on our team checks the video and helps get police on the way. Opt-in, where available.

Works with your alarm ProComing soon

Link an Alarm.com system. Home and Away follow your alarm, and outdoor sirens can sound when it goes off.

See it on your cameras.

Early access is open. Nothing to pay until the Hubs are ready.
